This test kit is used for the qualitative detection of bacterial contamination in cells, cell and gene therapy products, and other biological products.
It is used in conjunction with the CANVEST® Bacterial Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit. The detection range is broad, and it is validated according to the qPCR method requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The detection system shows no cross-reactivity with human and animal cells (except for pig-derived cells), fungi, or mycoplasma genomes, demonstrating good specificity. The nucleic acid detection limit is 1–5 genome copies/reaction, with high sensitivity and strong resistance to matrix interference. It is easy to operate and can be performed in bulk.
